Tour Plan
Upon arrival at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca, you will be met by our representative who will assist you with immigration procedures and transfer you to your hotel. You will have the remainder of the day to rest and explore the city on your own.
After breakfast, we will head to Rabat, the capital city of Morocco, to visit the Hassan II Tower, Kasbah of the Oudayas, and the Chellah Necropolis. Next, we will travel to Meknes, known as the "Versailles of Morocco." We will visit the impressive Bab Mansour Gate, the granaries and stables of Moulay Ismail, and the beautiful Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail.
After breakfast, we will visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis, the ancient capital of the Roman province of Mauritania Tingitana. Then we will head to Fes, one of the oldest imperial cities in Morocco, and check-in to our hotel.
Today we will embark on a full-day tour of Fes, visiting the old medina with its narrow streets, alleys, and souks. We will also visit the Bou Inania Madrasa, the Nejjarine Fountain, and the Museum of Moroccan Arts.
After breakfast, we will head to the Sahara Desert through the Middle Atlas Mountains. We will stop in the picturesque town of Ifrane, known as the Switzerland of Morocco, and visit the cedar forest of Azrou to see the Barbary apes. We will then pass through the Ziz Valley to reach Erfoud, known for its fossils, and continue to Merzouga, where we will take a camel trek into the dunes to spend the night in a Berber camp.
After watching the sunrise over the dunes and having breakfast, we will ride camels back to Merzouga village and head to Rissani, the birthplace of the Alaouite Dynasty. Then we will drive to the stunning Todra Gorges and continue through the Dades Valley to Ouarzazate, where we will spend the night.
After breakfast, we will visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, one of the most beautiful Kasbahs in Morocco, and continue through the High Atlas Mountains to Marrakech. Upon arrival, we will drop you off at the airport or your hotel, depending on your travel plans.
